Stains, staining systems, and blocking agents in a variety of types, grades, molecular weights, purities, and pH ranges; used to elucidate important structures of microorganisms including bacteria, viruses, protozoa, etc.
The nucleus is a membrane-enclosed organelle found in eukaryotic cells. Cell nuclei contain most of the cells genetic material organized as multiple long linear DNA molecules in complex with a large variety of proteins such as histones to form chromosomes. Traditionally DNA stains such as DAPI and Hoechst have been used for microscopy but require fixation and cannot be used for live cell imaging. The BioTracker 650 Red Nuclear Dye is a cell-membrane permeable red fluorescent DNA dye that specifically stains nuclei in live or fixed cells. It has excellent specificity for DNA without the need for a wash step and it has low toxicity for live cell imaging. The dye is supplied with a vial of verapamil an efflux pump inhibitor that may improve probe retention and live cell staining in certain cell types.Spectral PropertiesAbsorbance 650nmEmission 675nm

RedDot™1 is a far-red cell membrane-permeable nuclear dye similar to Draq5™. The dye is ideal for specifically staining the nuclei of live cells. RedDot™1 is highly thermostable and photostable, providing convenient handling for demanding applications such as confocal microscopy. The stain may also be used for DNA content analysis by flow cytometry. The dye has an excitation/emission of 662/694 nm when bound to DNA. Properties: Liquid; Store at 4°C or -20°C, protect from light; Ex/Em= 662/694 nm (with DNA).

YMC-Triart phases are based on organic/inorganic hybrid particles that combine the high mechanical stability and efficiency of a silica-based packing material with the robust chemical stability of a polymer-based packing material This versatile resin is produced using tightly controlled particle formation technology adapted from micro-reactor technology The resulting uniform particle and pore size distributions as well as the smooth surface greatly contribute to excellent peak shape and separation reproducibility In addition YMC-Triart materials are highly resilient and robust when used at extreme pH elevated temperature and high pressure
